Terms and Conditions of Contracting

The contracting of the services offered by ASE Athletics is carried out remotely through electronic means, in accordance with applicable Spanish legislation.

By registering and making payment, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Academic Programs:

  1. Nature of the Service

ASE Athletics offers educational programs, non-regulated training, delivered online with live classes, on pre-established dates and times.

ASE Athletics commits to providing access to the sessions, materials (when applicable), and the corresponding platform.

  1. Pre-contractual Information

Before completing enrollment, the Company provides the Student with:

  • Total price, registration fee plus course fee, including taxes.
    ● Duration, start and end dates.
    ● Class delivery modality.
    ● Required equipment or technical requirements.
    ● Refund and withdrawal policy.
    ● Available payment methods.
  1. Payment Conditions and Prices

3.1 Price Breakdown

The total value of the educational programs consists of two elements:

  1. Registration Fee
  • Equivalent to the 15% of the total value of the program. 
  • Serves as a reservation of the spot.
  • Paid in a single payment.
  • Mandatory requirement to confirm enrollment.
  1. Course Fee:
  • Equivalent to the 85% of the total value of the program.
  • May be paid in a single payment or in installments.

The total price of each program is: 

  • Sports Business Management: €1785
  • Sports Law & Sustainability: €1785
  • Data Analytics + Business Intelligence: €2100

The specified amounts are in Euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes, and represent the total cost before the application of any potential discounts.

3.2 Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit card by Strip

3.3 Reservation Confirmation

A spot is considered confirmed only when:

  • The registration payment has been made and verified.
  • The Student has accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  1. Contracting Process

The contract is considered formalized when:

  1. The Student, through the admissions process, gets the payment link to the product.
  2. Before the transaction, the Terms and Conditions and the specific promotions and discounts of the transaction have been read and agreed by the Student.
  3. The Student completes the purchase through the payment methodology chosen.
  4. Payment is made through the enabled methods.

The Company will send the Student, to the provided email:

  • Proof of contracting.
  • Invoice or payment receipt.
  • Course details and platform access.
  1. Student Rights

The Student is entitled to:

  • Receive the contracted service under the established terms.
  • Receive an invoice or proof of payment.
  • Access the sessions in the provided modality and included materials.
  • Be informed of any substantial change in date, schedule, or content.
  1. Student Obligations

The Student commits to:

  • Provide accurate information during enrollment.
  • Have the necessary technical means (stable connection, computer or compatible device).
  • Use the platform and materials properly and without infringing copyright.
  • Not record, distribute, or reproduce the sessions without express authorization.
  1. Terms of Use

The student accepts the following rules:

  1. Personal and Non-transferable Use

Access to classes and materials is strictly individual. Sharing links, passwords, or training resources with third parties is prohibited.

  1. Recording Prohibition

Recording, sharing, copying, or distributing live sessions or their materials is not allowed without ASE Athletics’ express permission.

  1. Appropriate Conduct

The Student must maintain respectful behavior toward classmates and instructors. Inappropriate conduct may result in suspension of access.

  1. Platform Use

The Student must use the platform and content in accordance with applicable intellectual property regulations.

  1. Cancellation, Refund, and Withdrawal Policy

In accordance with the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the STUDENT, in their capacity as a consumer, has the right of withdrawal for a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of course enrollment, without the need to justify their decision and without any penalty, except for the exceptions provided by law.

8.1. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103 of the same legal text, the right of withdrawal shall not apply when the STUDENT has expressly requested the commencement of the course or access to the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period and has expressly acknowledged that, once the provision of the service has begun, they lose their right of withdrawal.

8.2. Cancellations Outside the Legal Withdrawal Period
Once the legal withdrawal period has elapsed, and provided that the course has not yet commenced, the STUDENT may request cancellation of the enrollment under the following contractual conditions:

  • No refund shall be granted, under any circumstances, for the amount paid as the registration fee, which is deemed a non-refundable reservation of a place.
  • If the cancellation is requested more than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the course start date, ASE Athletics shall refund ten percent (10%) of the amount effectively paid up to that moment corresponding to the course fee, excluding the registration fee.
  • If the cancellation is requested within the fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the course start date, no refund shall be granted.

These conditions are commercial and contractual in nature and shall not, under any circumstances, affect the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable law.

8.3. Course Commencement
Once the course has commenced, no cancellations or refunds shall be accepted, without prejudice to any rights that may correspond to the STUDENT in the event of a contractual breach by ASE Athletics.

8.4. Method and Timeframe for Refunds
Any applicable refunds shall be made using the same payment method used for enrollment, without undue delay and, in any case, within the maximum legal period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which ASE Athletics becomes aware of a valid request for withdrawal or cancellation. Processing times by the banking institution may vary depending on its operational conditions.

  1. Modifications or Course Cancellation by the Company

The Company may modify dates, instructors, or structure due to exceptional and justified reasons (force majeure, instructor unavailability, etc.).

If the course is permanently canceled, the Student will receive a full refund.

  1. Data Protection

Personal data processing is carried out according to the section “How Data Will Be Treated” and in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, texts, images, logos, source code, and materials shared during the course belongs to ASE Athletics or third parties from whom exploitation rights have been acquired, and is protected by Intellectual and Industrial Property laws.

The user is only entitled to private, non-commercial use.

Reproduction, recording, distribution, or dissemination without express authorization is prohibited.

  1. Right to Modify Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or expand these Terms and Conditions at any time for legal, technical, organizational, or service improvement reasons.

Modifications will not affect already formalized contracts.
Updates apply from the moment of publication and will be communicated to the User when affecting new enrollments.

  1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law and consumer regulations of the Community of Madrid.

Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.
